At New Leaders, we are big on simplifying the process of web app creation. We accomplish this through clear and honest communication, as well as unbelievably talented people who understand what it takes to create a great product.

We keep meetings, travel, and proposal processes to a necessary minimum. By reducing participation in cycles that are outside of design and development, we are able to devote more time to the actual product. This means we produce a better product, faster, and with less expense.
No Obligations.
We keep very accurate time logs, and you receive a full hour of work for every hour invoiced. You can choose to work with us as much or as little as you'd like. There are no long term commitments or obligations. We only expect you to pay for the work completed at your request. We invoice on the 1st and 15th of every month, which helps keep payments low.
Very flexible.
Need two weeks to make a decision? No problem. We’ll simply move up the next customer on our schedule (They’ll be pleased). There is no added cost involved, take the time you need. We are here to work with you and your unique business needs.
Prototype, then iterate.
You will be amazed by what can be accomplished in a week with a small team. When possible, we enjoy working on a project from idea to reality, non-stop. This allows us to build the basics quickly and bring your project to market faster, without any distractions. Based on preliminary feedback and testing, we refine the web application until it is ready to face the market.
The Core Team
Robert Bousquet — Founder, Developer
Like any great inventor, Robert Bousquet is a Renaissance man: part designer, developer, entrepreneur, speaker, and writer. His seminars have introduced Ruby on Rails to organizations such as the University of Southern California and CBS Television. In 2005, Robert took Grand Prize in the “2005 Rails Day” by single-handedly designing and programming a web-based invoicing system called Sheets.
Kevin Milden — Founder, Designer
Kevin has spent the last decade of his life figuring out how to create great products, from idea to reality, and beyond. When Kevin isn’t dreaming up the next thing we will use everyday, he is helping New Leaders smoothly operate. Kevin’s big break came when he helped reposition a wiki called Writely into “the web word processor,” which ultimately became Google Docs.
Chris Olerich — Designer
Chris is the cornerstone of creative design at New Leaders. His eye for original design is unparalleled. He can identify any typography at a mere glance. We never underestimate Chris’s timely wit and high quality craftsmanship—two key elements that help New Leaders live up to its reputation.
Andre Krasich — Designer
Andre’s work is elegant and timeless. Working with clients such as Bose and Marriott reveal Andre’s passion for high quality animation and sound engineering. Andre is also an accomplished musician, which explains his strong sense of timing and precision, elements that are apparent in everything he creates.
Patrick Alcisto — Developer
Patrick is the newest inductee at New Leaders. He understands the beauty of simple user interfaces, and how to transition them into working prototypes. Patrick’s unbelievable attention to detail is what initially caught our eye. The energy he brings to the team is unparalleled. His experience in search engine optimization, combined with his talent for handwritten style sheets, makes him a leader we all are willing to follow.
