New Leaders has forged a new way of working with customers, ensuring you get the very best results from the efforts made on your behalf. We do not have fixed prices for projects; you will be invoiced only for the actual time we spend working on your project. This allows us to be flexible and work in the way you feel most comfortable, whether that involves completing a lot of work quickly, or working gradually over a longer period of time. It’s up to you. We work at your pace. You can pause or even stop a project at any time, for any reason; just pay for completed work within 15 days of halting the project.
New Leaders’ hourly fee is $175. While that might seem expensive at first glance, we don’t waste time with long discovery periods, design variations, or long-term development requirements. Therefore, the entire process will cost you much less than with other firms. When you request an estimate, we will develop one based on our experience with similar projects. The final price depends upon the scope and requirements of your project, but we are confident that our estimate will be within 25% of the final cost. We require a $4,200 deposit be secured before the commencement of any project with a budget larger than $8,400. This deposit acts as a bond for the first 24 hours of work; time invested beyond the initial 24 hours will be invoiced on the 1st and 15th of each month, and all payments must be received within 15 days to avoid any interruption in schedule. Excess deposit finances will be held as a credit for future additional work.
We prefer to develop a specific estimate for you based on your project requirements, but here is a general sense of what you can expect:
» Landing Pages take 1-2 weeks and cost from $2,500 to $5,000
» Advertiser Sites take 3-4 weeks and cost from $5,000 to $15,000
» Publisher Sites take 3-6 weeks and cost from $5,000 to $25,000
» Web Applications take 3-12 weeks and run anywhere from $25,000 to $100,000
