New! — GitHub Widget
UPDATE — Login has now been added to track the activity of your private feeds.
We have been spending a little spare time at New Leaders, learning Apple’s Dashcode to develop widgets for both Mac OS X and iPhone Apps. I decided to start with something simple, so I created a dashboard widget for the very popular social coding site GitHub. This will be a work in progress. As I learn more about Dashcode I will continue to add additional features to make it more useful. Initially, it just displays the commits from earlier this month.

What is Git and GitHub?
Not only is Git the new hotness, it’s a fast, efficient, distributed-version control system ideal for the collaborative development of software. GitHub is the easiest (and prettiest) way to participate in that collaboration: fork projects, send pull requests, monitor development — all with ease.
