Hosting Plans

Hosting Types

A shared web hosting service or virtual hosting service or derive host refers to a web hosting service where many websites reside on one web server connected to the Internet. Each site “sits” on its own partition, or section/place on the server to keep it separate from other sites. This is generally the most economical option for hosting as many people share the overall cost of server maintenance.

Network Transfer

A finite amount of Provider’s network transfer (bandwidth) capability for use by Customer based on the plan selected. You will automatically be upgraded to then next plan when your bandwidth limitations are exceeded.

Premium Storage

A file hosting service, online file storage service, or online media center is an Internet hosting service specifically designed to host static content, typically large files that are not web pages. Typically they allow web and FTP access. They can be optimized for serving many users (as is implied by the term “hosting”) or be optimized for single-user storage (as is implied by the term “storage”). Related services are video sharing, virtual storage and remote backup.

Dedicated Memory

Having a large amount of RAM is important to any web hosting server but especially to any Dedicated Server Hosting plan. RAM (or Random Access Memory) is basically computer data storage that allows a user to access any “memory” on the server. The more RAM, the faster your server is going to run and the quicker your website will load.

Operating System

Linux (commonly pronounced /ˈlɪnəks/3) is a generic term referring to Unix-like computer operating systems based on the Linux kernel. Their development is one of the most prominent examples of free and open source software collaboration; typically all the underlying source code can be used, freely modified, and redistributed by anyone under the terms of the GNU GPL4 and other free licenses.

Thincloud Base

Thincloud Base is the core of the system. Like a blank canvas to an artist, certified developers can simply deploy this configuration and begin customizing it to meet your requirements. Thincloud Base includes all the key features that are essential to rapid development and is the foundation of all Thincloud deployments.

Application Platform

In computing, a platform describes some sort of hardware architecture or software framework (including application frameworks), that allows software to run. Typical platforms include a computer’s architecture, operating system, programming languages and related runtime libraries or graphical user interface.

MySQL

MySQL is a relational database management system which has more than 6 million installations. The program runs as a server providing multi-user access to a number of databases.

Daily Back-up

The process of duplicating a coherent copy of a program, a disk, or data, made either for archiving purposes, for safeguarding valuable files or a library (or data within robotic silos) from loss in case the archive copy is damaged, destroyed or lost, onto a separate piece of data storage media is imperative. Backups differ from an archive in that the data are duplicated rather than moved and may be referred to as a backup copy.
