Meet The Leaders
Robert Bousquet — Founder, Developer
Like any great inventor, Robert Bousquet is a Renaissance man: part designer, developer, entrepreneur, speaker, and writer. His seminars have introduced Ruby on Rails to organizations such as the University of Southern California and CBS Television. In 2005, Robert took Grand Prize in the “2005 Rails Day” by single-handedly designing and programming a web-based time tracking and invoicing system called Sheets.
Kevin Milden — Founder, Designer
Kevin has spent the last decade of his life figuring out how to create great products, from idea to reality, and beyond. When Kevin isn’t dreaming up the next everyday-use item, he is helping New Leaders operate smoothly. Kevin’s big break came when he helped reposition a wiki called Writely into “the web word processor,” which ultimately became Google Docs.
Chris Olerich — Designer
Chris is the cornerstone of creative design at New Leaders. His eye for original design is unparalleled. He can identify any typography at a mere glance. We never underestimate Chris’s timely wit and high quality craftsmanship—two key elements that help New Leaders live up to its reputation.
Andre Krasich — Designer
Andre’s work is elegant and timeless. Working with clients such as Bose and Marriott reveal Andre’s passion for high quality animation and sound engineering. Andre is also an accomplished musician, which explains his strong sense of timing and precision, elements that are apparent in everything he creates.
Patrick Alcisto — Developer
Patrick understands the beauty of simple user interfaces, and how to transition them into working prototypes. Patrick’s unbelievable attention to detail is what initially caught our eye. The energy he brings to the team is unparalleled. His experience in search engine optimization, combined with his talent for handwritten style sheets, makes him a leader we all are willing to follow.
Kenny Johnston — Developer
Kenny brings a solid background of systems administration and infrastructure development to New Leaders. With increasing traffic and creative output at New Leaders, it has been Kenny’s organization, attention to detail and automation policies that have allowed us to stay ahead of the curve.
Cesar Lopez — Designer
Cesar rounds out the New Leaders creative team with a versatile sense of design. A true craftsman, Cesar brings a wealth of experience to the team through a diverse portfolio of clients which include The Ritz-Carlton Club and Hitachi Data Systems. Cesar’s natural approach to design creates beautiful interfaces that are intuitive and functional.
