Like Wikipedia for startups, CrunchBase is maintained by a dedicated staff who make sure the content is up-to-date and accurate. The site provides an embedable widget that we’ll add to our posts when we feature someone, or want to deliver more information about a company. At New Leaders, we admire the social news solution that Kevin Rose pioneers. New Leaders is in the process of integrating Digg buttons into The Leader Board, and our team is working together to collect stories and Digg content we feel is worth sharing. Flickr
There is no doubt that Flickr is the best photo sharing web application ever created. Previously, each leader was posting their images to their own profile. Now, we’ve combined our Flickr image adding efforts into a single Photostream. We can now add more and more images of events we attend, day-to-day images from the office, and screenshots of our work and things we enjoy. LinkedIn was the pioneer in business networking. Currently in beta are their new company profile pages that connect all our team members’ resumes to our company. You can find our basic information about New Leaders, or drill down and read the detailed background of each New Leader. LinkedIn is one of the best ways to connect with your customers and your employees. To connect on Linkedin, select the name of the New Leader you know and click the ”Add to your network”. If there isn’t a direct connection then send them a message using InMail.
