We charge $175 per hour. While that might seem expensive at first glance, we don’t waste any time, the entire process will cost you much less than with other firms. After discussing your project with both you, and then internally, we create an estimate based on our standard rate. We can usually start immediately. Depending on the size of the project, we typically require a deposit that will secure your initial 24 hours of work.

We start by designing the experience.

Once we have an idea of the scope of your venture, we begin to research solutions. We take into account the approach of others, what has proved successful, and where they have failed. This abbreviated discovery period guides the creation of the experience your target audience will feel using your site. We often start by naming the brand or designing the identity. Ultimately, we create the interface for the product, as well as the marketing site and materials. We have helped many companies establish new brands, or reinvigorate old ones.

Off to production

After your approval of the overall design direction for the site, we’ll begin converting the design comprehensives into a combination of XHTML, CSS, and Javascript. Translating our designed concepts into pages provides a framework from which our developers can work. The pages are tested on a myriad of browsers and platforms, ensuring the experience lives up to our own high expectations.

Converted into Templates

New Leaders will breathe life into the XHTML/CSS templates, using a combination of the Ruby on Rails framework, MySQL, and other open source technologies. This allows you to avoid costly licensing fees for your software platform, and allows us to use the best tools currently market available. Using the front end code as the specification, we’ll assemble a functional prototype.

Finishing Process

During the final weeks of development we shift gears to performance testing. We make absolutely sure that the application works on all major platforms, meets our stated requirements, and that any corresponding content has been added, edited, and revised. We will work intimately with you to ensure that the end product exceeds all expectations. Upon completion of the polishing process, the site will be ready for public use.
