What is FRS?
FRS is a pioneer in the field of healthy energy drinks. They identified under-recognized health concerns about energy drinks on today’s market and engineered healthy solutions, providing an alternative that is equally refreshing as it is good for you.
Who is Lance Armstrong?
Seven-time Tour de France Winner Lance Armstrong was recently named as FRS’ new spokesperson. Lance is not only a professional cyclist, well-known for his unique achievements in sports, but he’s also defeated cancer through his dedication to a healthy lifestyle and never giving up. His affiliations with sportswear giant Nike, and the yellow bracelet campaign LIVESTRONG indicate his involvement as an excellent brand identity, even after his retirement from professional racing.
What did New Leaders do?
When the initial concepts from a previous agency didn’t live up to Lance’s expectations for the brand, New Leaders was recruited to create both print and web marketing deliverables. Although the inherited deadline was difficult, we met it — and the swift approval by FRS and Lance Armstrong immeasurably honored our efforts for someone we’ve greatly admired.
What were the results?
A new homepage was developed in Flash, incorporating the existing website framework. A corresponding Lance Armstrong section communicates Lance’s role within FRS, and features an introductory Flash video. New Leaders also delivered a number of new marketing concept proposals, including vending machines, packaging suggestions, and point-of-purchase displays. Our work led to a successful launch, and continued advancement for FRS.
