What is AppFolio?
Most desktop software for property managers isn’t terrific—much less sufficient by current standards—but AppFolio changes the game. Their new web-based application leverages Ruby on Rails, combined with an intuitive interface, to create a powerful collaborative environment for property managers, owners, their tenants and vendors. It allows the management staff to supervise inventory, finances, business opportunities, and communications.
What did New Leaders do?
Although New Leaders was still in the early conception stages when production on AppFolio started, Kevin Milden assisted Klaus Schauser and Jon Walker with the design of an initial user experience that communicates AppFolio’s aptitude to potential customers. Once the market was established, Kevin was instrumental in creating the brand’s identity, and developing an early promotional website.
