We've spent decades volunteering & working inside the nonprofit world

Where the techniques were developed

Tahoe Symphony (TOCCATA®)

The donor data techniques we now offer to nonprofit clients were developed inside Tahoe Symphony first, as volunteer board work. TicketTailor sales flow into QuickBooks Online with proper revenue categorization. Donor records sync to Bloomerang with campaign attribution intact. Reconciliation of thousands of ticket sales and interactions that used to take a weeks each month now take just a few minutes.

Sometimes a great website and simple systems are all that we need to support a successful nonprofit system.  For Trails and Vistas' website and ticketing process, we picked simple off the shelf tools and maximized their capabilities through strong design skills, powerful photography, and thorough configuration of their existing tools.
National YMCA Platform

YMCA 360

A national digital platform used by millions of YMCA members across the country. We designed and built the application, run the AWS infrastructure, and have supported it for years as it scaled.

The same engineering team that handles platforms at this scale also handles a 200-member symphony and everything in-between.
FUNDRAISING FOR 30,000+ NONPROFITS

Anedot Fundraising Platform

The New Leaders team worked closely with Anedot founder Paul Dietzel to create and launch a fundraising platform that now serves over 30,000 nonprofit organizations.  Payment systems, donor information, stewardship tools and other systems were created.
LOAN APPLICATION FOR COMMUNITY FUND

Resilience Fund

During COVID, local business development agencies turned to New Leaders to rapidly develop online resources including loan applications for small business funding, a hub for publishing articles and information about programs available in our community and the software to track the applicant lifecycle.  We were able to help hundreds of organizations in our town through our ability to create easy-to-use tools in multiple languages due to our bilingual staff.
STANDARDS BASED RUBRICS FOR SCHOOLS

Mastery Gradebook

An innovated private school worked with New Leaders to create an new style of grade book, that integrated with the Google Classroom for Education API.  The timing of this project pre-dated the current trends of standards-based grading adoption that we are now seeing in our public schools.  We replaced vague, single-letter grades with transparent, skill-based metrics and delivered information to teachers, parents, administration, and students via web and mobile apps.  The future is here already, it's just not evenly distributed.  It belongs to the New Leaders.
